World Useability Day

Fumbling with a packet of ham or a CD cover has become a daily headache of modern life. And anyone buying electronic goods for Christmas could still be mulling over the instructions long into the New Year.

World Usability Day (today) hopes to draw attention to an often overlooked part of modern industry and one that is responsible for changing the way products are created.

So in the interest of improving the world, we thought you might like the opportunity to tell us about useability of our website. If you have any comments please post them here or click on my profile and email me.

With thousands of products and services to choose from, ease of use is still a bonus factor rather than a norm – when you visit thereef.com.ky be sure you’re getting the bonus you deserve (and I don’t mean having a word with your boss).

The world has so far to go in making technology usable – maybe we can help a little.

I found that the button for ‘callback’ when trying to make a reservation online doesn’t seem to be working and also it could be clearer that online booking is an option as I had to search for this.
Apart from this your site is great.

When you can bring us Cayman and stories from the Reef with a simple “click” with one finger…that’s usability.
This site is great and Thanks for providing it!

Thanks for the feedback you two. We’re in the process of removing the call back button – thanks for spotting that though.

The toll free number for Reservations is the best way of making phone contact:
    1 (888) 232-0541 and is manned/womanned Monday to Friday.

The online service is a quick and efficient way of booking with us as well.

No news is good news, so the old saying goes, so I’ll assume for now that everyone else is happy (but I’ll keep an eye out for any late comments – so do keep them coming – it’s not too late)
