		<description>That IS huge news for folks in East End and North Side!  I am assuming Fosters will follow the lead of Lil&#039; Hurleys and use the same pricing as their larger stores.  And the ATM will also help.  We used to have to go to Savannah, but that one never opened after the hurricane, so we had to trek all the way to town for cash.  Good news!!</description>
